Paths of Healing

I walk alongside and support people as they engage in inner healing work. We start from a place of self compassion and self acceptance, building a foundation that allows us to navigate the ups and downs of life. My therapeutic approach is body-positive and grounded in compassion focussed therapy theory, practices and tools. Modalities include talk therapy (CFT), reclaiming body sovereignty, somatic psychotherapy, and spiritually guided inner soul healing. Our work together can focus in one of these areas, or we can draw from as many as feel a fit for you.
