Your Body is a Good Body

When I say All Bodies are Good Bodies, I am talking about YOUR body.
Your body is a good body.
Your body, just as it is. Right now.
You.
Not some theoretical person you read about in an article or on Facebook.
You.
Not just your best friend who can’t seem to
see her beauty.
Or other people in your life you are dazzled by.

Right now, we are talking about
you.

I say again: Your body is a good body.
No matter if you are feeling comfortable or not quite settled in your skin.
No matter if you are in an ageing body or a young body.
No matter if you feel good or if you feel bad about the food you just ate.
No matter if you recently moved for enjoyment, or exercised to punish yourself.
No matter if you’ve decided to reject diet culture, or if you believe you need to change your body to be healthier, more attractive,
more deserving.
Right now, today
your body is a good body.
